Papa manually cut paper strips for my quilled poinsettias. Compared to me who uses a paper cutter, his tools include a cutter, a cutting board and a ruler. What's amazing about his work is that, the strips are cut out with equal measurements!!! And he's doing it manually all the way. I can't actually do that even if use my paper cutter.
